  • Individual Therapy (45 minutes): $140.00

  • Couples & Family Therapy (45 minutes): $140.00

Accepted Insurance

I am currently an in-network provider with the following insurance panels:

  • BlueCross BlueShield

  • Aetna

  • UnitedHealthcare

  • Baylor Scott and White

  • Cigna

A Note on Insurance: If you plan to use your in-network insurance benefits, please contact your insurance provider prior to our first session to verify your specific coverage, copays, and deductibles for behavioral health services.

Out-of-Network Benefits (Superbills)

If I am not in-network with your current insurance provider, or if you prefer not to use insurance for privacy reasons, I can provide you with a monthly document called a "Superbill."

You can submit this Superbill directly to your insurance company. Depending on your specific plan's out-of-network benefits, your insurance provider may reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. I recommend calling your insurance company to ask:

  1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  2. What is my out-of-network deductible?

  3. What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed once my deductible is met?

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Options: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account) cards, and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards. A card will be kept securely on file in your client portal.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a Full Session cancellation fee.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal "No Surprises Act," you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. If you are not using insurance, or do not have insurance, I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges prior to your first session.
